Employee/Employer work expectations agreement
The purpose of this agreement is to outline at the start of your employment what
the company requires from you on a day to day basis and outline what we will
provide in order to help you do well at your role and make great commission.
MY COMMITMENTS TO THE COMPANY
1. Punctuality and reliability
● I will be arriving at work minimum 5 minutes before my shift commence
● I understand that If during a week I am absent any of the days without prior
permission, I would automatically forfeit any commission for the current or previous
week, whichever is higher.
2. Hard work
● I will be putting my energy and efforts at work on a daily basis
● CALL LOG – I will be making a minimum 100 phone calls a day, an average of 13
per hour. This is achievable only by calling my clients at least 3 times.
● HANDLE TIME – handle time for a day is a minimum of 4 hours out of 7.5 hours a
day. A good handle time will be above 5 hours, which can be achieved by spending
time with my clients. (we understand that if you handle time is over 5 hours your
calls made may be lower)
● FOLLOW UP SCHEDULE MEETING - I will ensure my clients are called back at
the agreed time and all emails are replied to without exception.
● CALL LEADS – I will be calling each leads and pitch with no exceptions
3. Reliability and positive mindset
● I will arrive to work with a can do attitude and understand my mood will directly
impact on the quality of work
● I will implement training provided so that I hit my targets and make my commission
and achieve my target of 15 bookings per week
OUR COMMITMENTS
1. Training & Development
● We will provide on-going training from the day of your commencement
● We will provide continuous feedback to help you achieve your goals
2. Compensation
Each employee cost the company over £1000 per week!
Leads cost the company £7 each so 100 leads provided costs £700 as a minimum.
Salary
£250 OTE commission
£80 OTE additional bonus
£100 tax, company pension payments.
● We will make sure that you will have 20 leads to call every day provided you have
fulfilled your obligation to handle time and call log.
● We will provide ADDITIONAL bonuses almost everyday.
● We will top up your wage with £100 per week, every time you hit 15 booking targets.
● We will top up your wage with more commission for shows at the studio as follows:
- 5 to 7 clients – extra £5 per client
- 8 to 9 clients – extra £15 per client
- > 10 clients – extra £25 per client
Holiday pay calculator
Each member of staff is entitled to 28 days per full working year (bank holidays and included in this), if you start part way threw the year it is adapts to your start week.
You will start collecting holiday ion succesful completion of your 2 week probation period.
How to calculate your holiday entitlement
28 days / 52 weeks = means for each week you work you accrue 0.53 days per week worked,
please note you are required to keep 2 working days banked at all times to cover upcoming bank holidays or in the later part of teh year 5 days for xmas.
